Pancakes
Pancakes are defined as cakes that are thinner, flexible, and less dense than hotcakes. You can also add chocolate to make chocolate-flavored pancakes and strawberry pancakes.
Pancakes Preparation
Here are the ingredients you need to make pancakes:
- 1 cup Cake flour
- Baking powder
- Sugar as needed
- Milk
- Butter
- 1Egg
- Boiled Water
To make the pancake, prepare the batter first. Put the flour into the bowl with the help of a filter. Mix it with baking powder with the help of a balloon whisk. Take one egg and separate the egg white and yolk, and beat them well separately. Then and add powdered sugar, a small amount of milk, and vegetable oil.
You can also add vanilla extract, but it’s optional. Now mix dry and wet ingredients well in one bowl until it becomes viscous and no lumps remain in it. Take a pan and preheat it with some oil before making a pancake. Pour the batter into the pan and cover with a lid. When bubbles start to rise, flip the layer. After the light brown color appears on it, know that cakes are ready.
Turn off the flame and serve the pancakes on a square plate. For serving, put the thin pancakes one over another and top it according to your desire.
